There are a few suggestions I have;
The first is I'd like to see more of the kittens face. I think maybe if it's face wasn't right in the blanket it'd be more powerful if we could see its nose as well.
Also I think if its nose had been around the planet, it would've left less empty space in the bottom left corner, taking up more of the frame, as well as possibly captured the other ear as well. It seems a bit cut off.
Other than those few things, I like the focus being in the middle on the kitten, it gives a nice depth to the image with the blanket being involved. Also I like the square crop it works really nicely as well.
You definitely captured a 'fragile' feeling to it, especially for the kitten being so young. Nice job.
